Summer Supper

Ok, so Whittaker Woman and a number of other moms in the blog world have inspired me to try to have a little more fun, a little more often with my kids. Monday night, we decided to give a themed supper a try. Here are the results:

We were going with a summer theme, so I set the girls up making sails for our chicken finger boats. They were very enthusiastic!

Menu: Blue rice ocean (the girls loved making the rice turn blue); Lime chicken boats; peach sea shells; banana chip fish; pineapple jello sunshine and marshmallow clouds.

And to drink, we had lemonade slushies that made Eric's jaws go numb. All in all, I think it was a success...fun times! Any suggestions for my next try??
