Since, I'm back to school, my exercise schedule has changed a bit. Monday, Thursday and Friday, I'll be running or biking in the afternoon and Tuesday and Wednesday, I'll be doing my workout in the morning. (Hold me to that please)! Anyway, today I was running in the glaring sun listening to my iPod, wondering if I could make it all the way. It was hot, I had picked up the pace a bit and I was way thirsty. And then, in my ear, someone begins SCREAMING at me to "press on." It was Underoath -- I don't even like their music (the screaming gives me nightmares), but it was just what I needed to suck it up and keep going. When I actually listened, the lyrics were pretty good too. The Lord works in mysterious ways...
