So we had a meeting tonight at church. I took the girls and placed them just outside the door of the room we were in with coloring books and crayons to entertain them. There is a window that allows me to see them playing, so I could keep an eye on them. Long story short, I could see them happily coloring on what I thought were their books and papers...in actuality, the brand new church carpet became their canvas. They exhibited amazing creativity and great use of color, but as a mother -- it was a little maddening! So glad I have a friend with a wet vac...
