So I am running my first 5K tomorrow. I'm a little nervous, because I've only done the complete distance once and that was on Tuesday. I haven't had time to run since then due to meetings, weird lumps in my head and pure exhaustion. My big question....do I run tonight or do I skip it and save all my energy for tomorrow?

i would say save up, but then again I can't even imagine running a 5K myself.
